Yesterday had lunch with a long lost school friend.
OH! What a golden afternoon it had been .
We met over the table after 13 years,yet we comfortably picked up from where we had left.
I dont know if the restaurant had mixed something in the food they served we just couldnt stop laughing.
We chuckled like school kids once again.We never discussed much of past nor the future.We were both immensly enjoying the moment.It was such pure innocent joy, free of all inhibitions,one of those blissful afternoons that I think we both are going to cherish for many years ahead.
After we waved goodbye to each other with promises that we will keep more in touch .
I thanked god for giving me friends like him and many more in my life.These beautiful people have truly made my life colorful and joyful.
They make me feel that I am the pampered child of GOD.
Perhaps GOD wants me to feel his special love thats why he has given me such wonderful set of people called "MY FRIENDS"
मुझे लगता है ज़्यादा philosophy झाड़ गया .. सच कहूँ तो बचपन की दोस्ती ऐसी ही होती है कोई अपेक्षा नही कोई चाहत नही बस उन दिनो को याद कर ताकत प्राप्त की जाती है । यह दोस्ती भी तब ही टिकती है ज़रा भी अहं आया किसी के मन मे, कि मै पद प्रतिष्ठा या पैसे मे बड़ा हूँ तो दोस्ती खतम । एक खतरा और .. विचारों का न मिलना .. बचपन मे दोस्ती का कारण होता है विचारों का टकराव न होना , । इसलिये समझदारी की उम्र मे की गई दोस्ती अधिक स्थाई होती है । फिर भी यह महत्वपूर्ण है इसलिये कि बचपन के दोस्त के बहाने हम अपने भीतर छुपे बच्चे को ढूंढ सकते है .. एक कहावत भी है ना " there is a child in every grown up man "
ReplyDeleteआज " बाल दिवस " पर आपको अपने बचपन के दोस्त के रूप मे एक तोहफा मिला इस बात की बधाई .. । बहुत पहले तलत अज़ीज़ की गाई हुई एक गज़ल का एक शेर याद आ रहा है .." इतना तो हुआ ऐ दिल एक शख़्स के जाने से / बिछड़े हुए मिलते हैं कुछ दोस्त पुराने से " । कितना अच्छा हो ज़िन्दगी से कोई जाये भी नही और ऐसे ही पुराने दोस्त भी मिलते जायें ।
